Total Quality Management (TQM) is the application ofquality ideas and principles throughout the organization. The works of many quality"gurus," including Deming, Juran, Feigenbaum, Crosby, Taguchi, andIshikawa are commonly known and talked about. Each of these theorists has added his part to the TotalQuality Management whole while developing specific individual quality conceptsthat may not always seem to be in agreement.
